When will my appointment be confirmed?

An appointment confirmation will be sent to you by text and email after the appointment is made. The confirmation will include the date and time of your appointment. You’ll also receive a reminder 24 hours before your appointment. 

Please note that appointments can take up to 48 hours to be confirmed, if your appointment was booked more than 48 hours ago and you have not received a confirmation please email us at support@livez.ai
