How to book an appointment using the Livez app
At Livez, we want to take the stress and hassle out of managing your health. That’s why our dedicated booking team is here to do the heavy lifting. From finding top-rated, in-network doctors to handling the actual scheduling for you.
Follow this simple step-by-step guide to submit a booking request directly from your phone.
Open the Livez App: Log into your Livez mobile app on your smartphone.
Go to Appointments: Tap on the Appointments tab located on your main dashboard navigation menu.
Select Your Care Milestone: Locate and tap on the specific preventive health milestone you want to schedule (for example: Wellness Checkup or Routine Vaccines).
Tap the Booking Option: Select the option to submit a booking request.
Note: Depending on your company's plan and your specific geographic location, booking features may vary slightly.
Enter Your Scheduling Preferences: Fill out your ideal day of the week, preferred times, or any specific doctor requirements (such as a preferred gender or language). This ensures our team finds the perfect match for you.
Submit: Hit submit, and our team will take care of the rest!

How long does it take for my appointment to be booked?
Once you submit your preferences, our team immediately gets to work in finding your perfect provider match. We will reach back out to you via email or app notification within 1 to 2 business days with your confirmed appointment details.
Will Livez make changes to an appointment I already booked myself?
No. If you manually adjust a date in the Livez app to clean up your dashboard timeline, please note that Livez does not contact your doctor's office to alter your external medical bookings. Any actual rescheduling or cancellations with your clinic must be done directly with the provider's office.
What if I've already attended the appointment?
If you have already seen your doctor for a specific screening, you don't need to submit a booking request! Simply tap into that milestone screening in your app and mark it as "Done" using a past date, not your next date. Our system will recognize your past date and will automatically send you a reminder notification when to book your next appointment.
Tip: Keep your dates accurate! The system tracks your timeline strictly. If an appointment is accidentally logged with a future date, it will remain "pending" and won't count toward your milestone rewards until that future date passes.
