You can delete your Livez account and personal information at any time, directly from the app.

To delete your account

1. On the main app page, tap your name at the top right
2. Tap Account info
3. Tap Delete your account

What happens when you delete your account

• Your account is deactivated immediately and you will no longer have access to the app
• Your personal information is permanently deleted within 90 days
• Any pending rewards or progress will be lost
• Deletion cannot be undone

If you decide to come back later, you're always welcome to create a new account, as long as you're still eligible through your employer.
