Understanding who is eligible for Livez
For Eligible Employees, Spouses/Partners and Dependents.
At the moment, Livez is only available to employees and eligible dependents and/or partners who have partnered with Livez. Below are the specifics about being eligible for Livez.

You must have an active employee status with your employer.

You must* be enrolled into your employer's medical health insurance. (*If Applicable)

You must have an active medical health insurance within the current enrollment timeframe.

If you have recently enrolled into your employers medical health plan or an individual plan, please give us some time to update our system, this can take up to 3 weeks to process. You can always email us at support@livez.ai to let us know you have enrolled and would like to use the Livez benefit.
